In order to secure your bookings 1 month ahead of time you will need to pay 50% deposit.

We Will Call You
There will be two calls:
1. We will call you within 24 hours to confirm your event bookings as well as to provide you a link to make 50% deposit to secure event.
If it is a customized plan, we will give you a quote and a call within 48hours.
2. We will schedule a call one week before your event to go over all details to ensure your celebration / event runs smoothly.

Do I need a permit to host an outdoor movie night?
Permit requirements vary depending on your location and the scale of your event. At this moment we are only offering backyard events with a small group of friends and or family. Two of our plans include 10 persons maximum. Nevertheless, we can customize a plan for up to 15 persons max.
What happens if it rains?
In case of inclement weather, we offer flexible rescheduling options to ensure that your outdoor movie night can still proceed smoothly. Our team monitors weather forecasts closely and will work with you to find an alternative date if needed. We also offer 10 by 20 feet tent. See our plans.
Can I choose which movie to screen?
Absolutely! We offer a firestick that accompanies the projector. You can choose a movie from Netflix. We are currently partnering with IPTV service provider. Stay tuned.
How early should I book my outdoor movie night event?
We recommend booking your outdoor movie night event as early as possible to secure your desired date and ensure availability. We require a booking a month in advance and a 50% deposit is required to secure the date. Our team will work closely with you to plan and coordinate all the details for a seamless experience.
Can I add extra features to my outdoor movie night event?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of add-on options such as popcorn machine , themed decorations, comfortable seating upgrades (coming soon), and more to enhance your outdoor movie night experience. See our customized plan, if you desire an item, we will try our best to source it - just let us know.
